1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for ZestoraPOS, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service is provided exclusively to verified restaurant businesses.

2. Manual Verification & Provisioning

ZestoraPOS reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any business before provisioning a standalone site. Access to our platform is not guaranteed upon registration and is subject to our internal approval process.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Plans: Fees are based on the selected plan (Basic, Advanced, Premium, or Golden).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of the tenant database.
• Offline Mode: While we provide offline billing, the user is responsible for syncing data to the cloud to ensure backup integrity.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not attempt to circumvent the multi-tenant isolation, reverse engineer the POS software, or use the platform for any illegal activities within the jurisdiction of Pakistan.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZestoraPOS provides a tool for business management. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for business losses resulting from hardware failure, internet outages, or user error in inventory management.
