1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any Zestora product, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided exclusively to verified businesses.

2. Manual Verification & Provisioning

Zestora reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any business before provisioning an account or standalone site. Access to our platform is not guaranteed upon registration and is subject to our internal approval process.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Plan: ZestoraPOS is billed on the Standard plan at PKR 3,000/month, starting with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required today — you won't be charged until the trial ends. Other Zestora products are quoted directly.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance once the trial ends. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of the tenant database.
• Offline Mode: Where offline billing is available, the user is responsible for syncing data to the cloud to ensure backup integrity.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not attempt to circumvent multi-tenant data isolation, reverse engineer Zestora software, or use the platform for any illegal activities within the jurisdiction of Pakistan.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zestora provides tools for business management. While we strive for high uptime, we are not liable for business losses resulting from hardware failure, internet outages, or user error.
