2. Data Isolation & Security

Unlike standard platforms, ZestoraPOS utilizes a dedicated database architecture. Each restaurant's data is physically stored in a separate database instance. This ensures:

• Total isolation from other restaurant tenants.
• Prevention of accidental data leakage.
• Enhanced security against cross-tenant unauthorized access.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Account Information: Name, business address, email, and phone number.
• Operational Data: Inventory records, menu items, and sales transaction data stored on your behalf.
• Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, and device information for security auditing.

4. Data Ownership

The restaurant (The Tenant) remains the sole owner of all customer and sales data. ZestoraPOS acts only as a Data Processor. We do not sell or trade your restaurant's data to third parties.
